Who is responsible. Subfeel is operated by Per Winroth, Malmö, Sweden. Contact for anything on this page: per@subfeel.com.

What we collect, and why. If you request a read or join a plan list, we store your email address, the app or product name you typed, and which plan you asked about. We use it to deliver the read you asked for and to tell you when the plan you joined becomes available. Nothing else, never sold, never shared. Your IP address is used briefly to prevent abuse of the form and is not kept in your record.

Legal basis. Delivering a read you requested is performance of that request (GDPR art. 6.1 b). Keeping you on a launch list is consent (art. 6.1 a), withdrawable with one email.

Where it lives, stated plainly. Review scoring runs on our own hardware in Sweden, and review text you point us at never enters any cloud. The signup form itself currently stores its list with infrastructure providers whose parent companies are US-based (Vercel, Upstash). We are migrating this to EU-owned hosting; until that is done, this page says so rather than pretending otherwise.

Retention. Read requests: until delivered, then removed within 3 months. Launch lists: until launch or your withdrawal. Deletion requests honored within 7 days.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, export: email us. Complaints: the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

No tracking. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts.
